🤔 What is a ‘Clinical Exercise Session’?

This is a 1:1 exercise session to help you recover from an injury, achieve your health goals, and stay injury-free.

This includes all musculoskeletal conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, pre/post-surgery, pre/post-natal conditions, sporting injuries, women’s health conditions and pelvic floor disorders.

We use different equipment including Pilates equipment such as a reformer, weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, ankle weights, chi balls, BOSU ball, swiss ball, and floor-based exercises.

Your physiotherapist will begin with an hour-long appointment where they will go through your history, injuries (if any), your goals and then develop a personalised program for you.
